Welcome to Flights of Imagination! This offering is for a one time meet up 90 min workshop hosted by me: Lynzee Lynx, where I offer you guidance and support to strengthen your connection to and powers of imagination. Think of this as a 90 min session-foray into the depths of imaginative pretending: where you get to have fun, explore inner spaces, deepen + discover new connections within your own personal story, and in the world and cosmos.

The realms of Imagination are infinte, and in this 90 min virtual workshop, we will make the most of adventuring into possibility, weaving wisdom from our own life / lineage, wisdom traditions, as well as mapping out practical magic to infuse and inform our daily lives.

I will be guiding you with words and music to help you cultivate a deeper sense of grounded calmness, as well as adventuring in LITERAL space to see, sense, and discover and deepen your unique connection with life and the cosmos. Through this work, we will also be furthering your relationship with your body and life story.

This is the perfect ‘integration’ tool to weave healing experiences through various therapy models.

The 90 min session will comprised of a ‘flight’. We will have a theme offered at the beginning, and we will explore that theme via guided visualizations, group sharing, and creative exercises to integrate what comes through. No previous experience required.
